The doors on my cupboard would not stay all the way closed. I took advantage of their free Hinge Matching Assistance and sent them a picture of the hinges. Within a day they sent me a message with the replacement hinges to order. I ordered the 4 hinges and received them in 3 (THREE!!) days at a TOTAL cost of $12.05 (which includes shipping)!! I watched the video on how to replace and had no problem getting the job done. Unbelievable service and pricing!!!

The trash cans we ordered are just perfect for our pull out cabinet drawer. Woodworker Express was great and shipped my package quickly.

Received order very quickly but of end of the boards weren’t even in a box, just wrapped in tape. Luckily those ends should be trimmed off

I bought 3 tilt down soap trays. I received them fast.

If possible, I would recommend installing it before your counter tops.

Shipped quickly nice product had a ding in one of the turntables but I didn’t have time to return it purely cosmetic does not affect functionality

Just installed the power supply and daisy chained to 4 locks in a cabinet. It was tricky to insert the plug wires but I finally got it. Now I don’t ever have to disassemble the cabinet to replace the batteries . What a relief. Question – must I leave the batteries in the individual lock units?

I received a defected shelf from this merchant. I reached out to customer support. Rather than work with me to find a solution, I received a curt reply: “We are unable to provide with a return.” No apology for the defective shelf. No offer of a coupon or another creative way to make it right. I’m deeply disappointed and recommend you avoid shopping from this merchant.
